Pour Over Lab is an experiential workshop, where we'll explore the art and science of extracting coffee.
In this intermediate workshop: Chemex Edition, we're focused on modifying our temperature, grind size, agitation, and flow rate to accommodate light, medium, and dark roasts in the Chemex. After a detailed demonstration, try your hand at making your own pour-over and apply your new skills at home! Ticket includes a 4 oz coffee sample.
